How do I place an order?

Place an order on our online shop or contact our Orderline. To place an order we will need to confirm:

Your name and contact details
Date and time for pick up or delivery
Location for pick up
Details of your order including quantities and flavours
A credit card number (may be required for large or specialty orders)

Order cancellation or modification policy
48-hours is required to modify or cancel any cake, specialty cupcake or custom order. Modifications or cancellations to an order within 48 hours will be charged for the full amount of the order to the credit card provided at the time the order was taken.
How far in advance do I need to place an order?

We are happy to say that we can now take same-day cupcake orders! For cookies, cakes and specialty cupcakes we require at least 24 hours notice (more notice may be required for weekends, we book up quickly!).

Cupcake and cake care instructions

We believe it’s best if cupcakes are served on the day they are baked. If you have leftovers or are picking your cupcakes up in advance of your event, they can be stored in their original packaging or in an airtight container. They will stay fresh in the refrigerator overnight or in the freezer for up to one month. To serve, simply allow the cupcakes or cake to return to room temperature.

Before serving, allow cupcakes and cakes to come back to room temperature if they have been in the freezer or the fridge.

All our buttercream icings are made with real butter. Please avoid exposing your cupcakes to direct sunlight, as it may melt the icing and/or affect the colour.

Do you ship cupcakes across Canada?
We would love to be able to send cupcakes to wherever you are. Unfortunately, due to the fragile nature of the product, cupcakes do not travel well. So, we keep our cupcakes in the cities we operate in.
Do you have any dairy free options?

Our classic chocolate cake without buttercream is a dairy free option.
